Martin Wilby - East Depwade

Local people need someone who will stand up for them on the County Council.  I have lived locally all my life and have a record of action in helping all members of thecommunity regardless of their political views.  Born in Harleston, I am married and have two sons and two grandchildren.

I am an experienced councillor and has been involved with many campaigns to support local communities since being elected.  I am presently Chairman of the County’s Environment, Transport and Development Committee.

I put the needs of residents first by supporting first class care for the elderly, being tough on crime and anti-social behaviour.  I am a school governor and keeps in touch and supports all of the excellent schools in East Depwade.

My strengths are listening to people and taking a common sense approach to life with a capacity for commitment and hard work.
